January – Start the new year with some post-holiday shopping! Head over to Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino with over 150 name-brand and boutique stores right on the Strip featuring incredible entertainment and dining options.Then check outPlay Playground at Luxor Hotel & Casino. It’s also a great month to take in the modern engineering marvel of the Hoover Dam, which provides power for homes and businesses in Nevada, Arizona and California. Tours are offered at the national spectacle, which is in the vicinity of Lake Mead National Recreation Area and blocks the mighty Colorado River. February – Get ready for the Super Bowl this month, as Las Vegas will host Super Bowl LVIII (58).
