I wanted to join Match so I could be in "private mode". Their subscription price is not that cheap and I did not realize that the cost of private mode is currently $9.99 per month. I think it's priced a little bit high for a member to pay additional. I messaged Match.com customer service, I was told there is no coupon codes to give me. I wanted to cancel my subscription but I see that it's not refundable. "Private Mode" was the only reason I wanted to go on Match. I would think, match customer service would offer some type of discount on additional features to existing members. I am very disappointed.

Too many scammers here with fake profiles. Especially there was an expert matched me with an ugly old man! With all conflicting interests! And then they asked me if I wanted to pay extra for the expert service! Wasted my time and money here! Do not recommend this app to anyone.

Sub human customer service and greed lead Match.com. Steer clear away from this money hoarding machine that refuses to listen to customers and seeks revenue streams from any angle available while flooding users with fake bot profiles. Disgusting greed by a corporation of pure greed.

I met my husband the man of my dreams on Match.com. It’s funny because all the men prior was a total bust!!! I had decided to let my subscription lapse and he was my last and final match. From the day we spoke we never stopped speaking. We met in May 2024, he proposed Thanksgiving 2024, we were married December 2024. Yes!!! It all happened so fast but when you know, you know lol. We absolutely adore each other and we are a perfect match!!! Thanks for allowing my dreams to come true.❤️❤️❤️

WARNING to Prospective users of MATCH: The site has unclear and all sorts of pay-as-you-go schemes. I have paid my 6 month dues, and CANNOT see any of the so called likes, messages, and cannot send a message. My only feedback is that my profile is not visible even after ALL my payments. No Customer Service to speak of. It is NOT a TRUSTWORTHY site.

I don't like giving out my phone number. I get many spam calls, despite having only ever given my # to entities that say, 'We will not give out your # to anyone'. Hence, I don't trust anyone with it. Match lets you sign up and use it only once, at which point they lock you out until you enter a mobile #. It is a garbage way to act. They are scum.

I strongly advise against using Match.com. After registering and paying for a 6-month subscription, I encountered technical issues that prevented me from accessing my profile on my phone. Despite reaching out for assistance for four days, I have received no response or resolution from their customer service team. They have shown no willingness to address the problem or provide a refund. Avoid this site at all costs.

Match do not have customer service at all. I paid for a 6-month subscription and am unable to read messages from anyone or see who liked me. I can only read messages that Match says I can reply for free. I ? when I paid. Do not use Match. They scammed me out of my money. They don't care because they don't have customer service only an AI bot that won't help you.

Women beware Match puts it in writing that they guarantee the safety health and welfare of their customers when in fact they don't because I inform them of a particular person by the name of MARK ** OF BADIN NC that When asked if he was d d free he lied and until I found out from a blood test and a sore that he gave me Herpes. North Carolina has a law that states that you're supposed to inform somebody and I proved that I was clean after approaching him about it, he said, "Oh yeah, I got that from my previous girlfriend." I had all of this on tape. When confronting match recording this person having a profile they still have not removed him so match DOES NOT guarantee its customers health and safety after all. But women beware.

Match are misleading their customers in thinking they are messaging an active subscriber when in actual fact the said person re me had been requested to not renew. They obstruct your ability to leave by making it impossible to find the way to cancel your subscription. lot of profile are fake. They can’t video chat for “security reasons”. I lost valuables to someone on Match. I had t0 lnvolve apexchargeback t0 track and recover my valuables. I get daily spam emails from Match, to which I never subscribed, claiming that various people are looking at a profile that doesn't exist.
