Tracey Goldstein-Marquez MPT, PT, DPT, AIB-VR, MTC

Tracey Goldstein-Marquez earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Evidence In Motion (EIM). Prior to that, Tracey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science from Stetson University.

Tracey specializes in pelvic health and is most interested in treating multiple conditions including urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. She also enjoys treating many orthopedic and vestibular conditions.

In her free time, Tracey enjoys activities with her children, being on any form of water, and watching/attending University of Florida football games.

Ankita Shukla earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Loma Linda University. Prior to that, Ankita obtained her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Rajiv Gandhi University.

Jennifer Gelb MS, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Jennifer is the Speech Therapy Director at Lake Centre for Rehab (LCR) and has been employed as a Speech Language Pathologist at LCR for 21 years. She graduated from the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama, with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Jennifer’s special interests include working with adults and pediatrics with communication impairments resulting from aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, cognitive changes or vocal changes. She also evaluates and treats swallowing impairments. Jennifer enjoys providing local presentations at various support groups such as Parkinson’s Disease and Stroke groups in addition to providing community educational seminars on important speech therapy topics such as swallowing and voice difficulties.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys boating, exercising and spending time with family and friends. She is married with two teenage children.

Reese Claussen PT, DPT, AIB-VR

Physical Therapist

Reese went to undergraduate at Florida Southern College and graduated with a degree in Biology. She then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville, TN. She is also certified in LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s.

Since graduation, Reese has focused on the aging population, sports, orthopedics, and Parkinson’s Disease. Her goal with her patients is to have them return to where they were before injury or diagnosis and go beyond that so they can live their best life. When she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with her husband Micah, exercising, trying new foods, and petting as many animals as she can.

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Laura Holz earned her Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting from AdventHealth University. Prior to that, Laura obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Stetson University.

Laura is most interested in treating mild cognitive impairment.

In her free time, Laura enjoys walking, spending time with friends, and hiking.

Kellye Olson OTD, OTR/L, CHT

Occupational Therapist, Supervisor of Occupational Therapy Services

Kellye has her B.A. in psychology and B.S. in Occupational Therapy. She also has a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, with an emphasis on hand therapy. She is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and specializes in upper extremity orthopedic rehabilitation.

In her free time, Kellye enjoys reading, writing, playing with her kids (Rylee and Charlie), and spending time with family.

Brenda Soldineer MSOT, OTR/L, PTA, CLT, AIB-VRC

Occupational Therapist

Brenda is very accomplished in her education which includes a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL, a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from St. Leo University in St. Leo, Florida, as well as a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Saint Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, FL.

Additionally, Brenda is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and enjoys treating a wide variety of injuries and neurological conditions.

In her free time, Brenda enjoys bike riding, playing with her dogs, and spending time with her family.
