they used u-haul trucks for temporarily storing dead bodies in NYC. I wonder if they did that here.

$243 cad or $209 usd for a hitch. It's retail price for my Lexus. Same price as Amazon in CAD.

Note uhaul is known to make use of loopholes in their favor. Ever notice they insure all their trucks in utah regardless of where they're primarily used?
You're probably right re: Tax
I bought my first hitch online from them about 15 years ago , and almost every hitch since as they've never charged tax and usually have the best prices.

$199.95 Canadian for the Tesla Model 3 hitch.
But I cannot find any reviews on this product anywhere. But it's so much cheaper than the stealth eco hitch.

That's for a 2" receiver (hitch). You may need an adapter if the hitch you buy isn't a 2" one. They aren't expensive though. For example:

USD = CAD price is depends on location, if you want to install at their location.
2 of my nearest locations, the part converted to $238.xx ($150 USD), but the other locations the part remain same price as USD at $150.xx CAD.
Bummer that it's not available by my office location.

Super tempted to get a front hitch receiving for bikes, but, I'm not sure I'll ever need it.

Does anyone know if you can buy the hitch and have it shipped to you, to save the tax. And then contact u-haul to install it for $30-35 + tax?
If I add installation onto my order for $30-35, then it adds tax to the hitch too.

I contacted u-haul. Here's the answer:
If you chose to have it shipped to home, then installation at u-haul after the fact will be more expensive than $30-35. Need to contact the specific location to determine how much they will charge.

For anyone getting a hitch installed by U-Haul, opt for the $5 unlimited lifetime warranty as it protects the hitch from everything from thief, accidents, corrosion/rusting, damage, overloading, etc. It's great protection for $5 more.
I had the Curt hitch installed on my 2019 RAV4 hybrid a year ago and it looks and works great. Based on feedback on RAV4World, the Curt is a better quality than the Drawtite.

Anyone know if the hitch will impact the handsfree tailgate feature on a honda pilot? Would i need to buy a kit to move the sensor?
And how long is install at uhaul for the hitch?

They may have changed something. I tried looking at this when OP posted for my 2020 Nissan Rogue and it was $164.95 and now when I try it’s $196.91. It does not give me multiple options of hitch. It’s still not charging tax but sure would love to shave that $32 off.
