Unfortunately, since Miracle-Ear privately labels their hearing aids, only their providers have the ability to work with them. This is opposite of how care works with traditional hearing aids, as patients can take their hearing aids for service and care to any provider who chooses to work with that brand. Miracle-Ear’s process of private-labeling greatly limits patients if they are not satisfied with the care at their local office.
Miracle-Ear hearing aids are also expensive and offices often quote patients higher prices than independent clinics do for the same level of technology. While Miracle-Ear products are high quality, their business and care model is not in the full interest of the patient, and I recommend patients proceed with caution before purchasing from them.
